INstall issue -initial config page - by: joseph

I am installing Projeqtor and and running in to an issue. I get the following issue:
"incorrect value for 'Log file name', cannot write to such a file : check access rights"
I left this value as is, with no changes.
Can some one tell me if the value is wrong, or the permissions are incorrect on the file?
