Minor error installing FR translation plugin - by: caccia

Hello,
FYI, I noticed a small issue when installing the "Translation of parameters into French" plugin.
Using v7.1.5 on a new database (initialized from scratch), 3 SQL errors logged when deploying the plugin, on following queries :
