Hello,
Using the "restrict types" option for some projects is very practical for tailoring the system to many different use cases.
For example I can create a new type of ticket "Support_MyProject" for handling of a specific customer workflow.
After this new type is created however, all existing projects by default see "Support_MyProject" in the list of available ticket types, unless I manually configure every project to restrict types to exclude this specific case. Since I have a large number of projects (>1000) this is not practical manually.
=> Is it possible to create a mechanism so that I could easily "restrict ticket types" on many projects at once, or mark certain types as restricted by default for all projects ?
Thanks !
