Repport / Consumed loads / monthly charges -> taking into account closed elemen - by: pipobru

Hello,
In report Consumed loads / monthly charges when i request for the same month, if team are specified or project and team empty closed elements are included in the result. With only the project, closed element are not included. See screenshot in attachement.
