mass autoemail assigned+resp activites once plan stops being under contruction - by: beverley

Hi

We wish to send everyone which has assinged status an email informing them they have been given an activity, those assigned and responsible. Once a project is no longer is no longer under construction.

Is there a method for doing this in ProjeQtOr which I have no found to date.


If not I will add an enhancement request.


We have created an automated email when status of an activity changes to Assigned, but this means going into each activity individually and changing it's status.
