[SOLVED] Fatal Error in Installation: Cannot redeclare mb_str_split() - by: sinbad1965

Hello,

I keep getting the following error message when I try to open the application:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mb_str_split() in /opt/lampp/htdocs/projeqtor/tool/projeqtor.php on line 2253

NB I am new to programing and coding etc..
