Scan mailbox and generate automatic tickets - by: MagicBuzz

Is there a solution to scan a mailbox (IMAP by exemple) then pick mails to create automatically tickets in ProjeQtOr ?

If not, are there some webservices or framework to easily find and create tickets ?
