Report monthly planning resource/project: no data to display on next month - by: papjul

Hi,

Steps to reproduce:
1) choose a project where there is data for the next month but not the current month.
2) show a report monthly planning resource/project and tick "include next month"
3) No data to display on this report, even though if you show the report for the next month only, data is displayed

Expected behaviour:
Data for the next month should be shown no matter if there is data on the current month.
