Hello

We want to send mails to external project manager :
we are in version V6.07

our contact is affected to the project as external project manager, he is a company's contact attached to the project,
the workflows indicates that for this ticket and this status, he will receive the ticket, he has an adress mail but he didn't receive the mail.
in previous versions, it was necessary to declare the external project manager as a ressource but it might be corrected as the mail below said since the V5.2.4
is it again a new bug of the current version?

Bonjour,

Oui, l'anomalie est corrigée depuis la V5.2.4.
Pour qu'il reçoive des emails, il faut qu'il soit destinataire : soit qu'il soit responsable et envoi au responsable, soit émetteur et envoi à l'émetteur, soit affecté au projet et envoi à l'équipe projet, ...
